Who are Parker Car Service?
Parker Car Service is London's largest independant private hire operator. Established in 1989, we have been providing services to London and it's surrounding areas for over 30 years. We have grown from being a one man operation in Hampton to having over 600 professional drivers who are fully backed by a team of 100 support staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Where are you located and where can I get a car from?
Our head office is in Isleworth, London.
How can I make a booking?
At Parker Car Service, we want to make your booking experience as easy as possible. You are able to book your journey by phone, by email, by app and by web.
How can I pay for my booking?
You can pay for your journey by cash, by card or by account.
Do you have an app?
We definitely do have an app! You can find our app on the apple store or google play store or download below:
Am I able to book online?
Yes, we have a web booking facility for you to book your journeys.
Are you able to provide me with a receipt?
We can always provide you with a reciept at the end of your journey. These can be emailed to you or sent over by text.
Can I book a car for as soon as possible?
Yes, absolutely! We will always be here when you need us.
Can I book a car in advance?
Of course! Whether you need a car today, tomorrow or in a years time, we will be on hand to ensure your transport is all arranged for when you need it.
Can I book a car for a few hours, a day or a week?
When you need the flexibility and reliability of a driver to be there when you need them, we do offer an hourly and daily rate service. Whether you have a full itinerary to complete or just know you need someone you can rely on for the day or you are looking for a driver to take you to multiple meetings in a day or you're looking for a driver to go on a roadshow around the UK for a week - No matter how long you are looking to keep your driver on hand, get in touch today!
Can I book a car to take me abroad?
Yes! Travelling to Europe is no problem with Parker Cars.

Can I request my favourite driver(s)?
You can request your preferred driver and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests. Please note that due to the nature of our work, we cannot always guarantee that your specific driver will be available. We handpick our drivers so we know that they are best in class and if your preferred driver is unavailable, we'll be sure to sned you someone who will be just as wonderful!
Can I track my driver?
Yes! When you provide us with your mobile number on your booking, once your driver is en-route to you, you will be sent a text containing a live tracking link.

Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
Yes, we do! Our wheelchair vehicles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! All drivers are trained to ensure your safety.
Can my dog or other pets travel with me?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring along your furry friends. Just let us know when you book your journey so we are able to send an appropriate vehicle.
How can I get a discount on my bookings?
Monday to Thursday we offer discounts on journeys booked to pick-up between 10:00 and 15:00 and between 19:00 and midnight.
Do I need to give my driver a tip?
No, tips are not compulsorary but always appreciated!
How can I cancel a car that has been arranged?
If you need to rearrange or cancel your car, please call us on 020 8560 0000 as soon as you can.
What happens if I leave something in the car?
If you think you may have left something in one of our vehicles, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find your belongings and return them to you.
Do you provide courier services?

How do I book a car to collect me from the airport?
Booking a car to collect you from the airport is easy with Parkers! You can book your airport meet and greet by phone, email, app or web. Providing your flight number will mean that we are able to track your flight and adjust any timings if your flight is arriving early or has been delayed.

What happens if my flight arrives late or earlier than scheduled?
How much luggage can I take with me?
You will need to let us know how much luggage you have so that we send the most suitable vehicle to meet you.

Are there any extra charges for my airport journeys?
What if I am flying by private jet?
That's no problem at all! If you let us know your flight's tail number and the airport you are arriving to, we will ensure that your driver is there when you land.

How do I make a booking with Parker Cars?

What vehicles are available to me?
At Parker Cars, we have a wide range of vehicles available to you. We offer minicabs, executive vehicles and chauffeur vehicles along with MPVs and 16 seat minibuses perfect for group travel.
How much notice do you need for a new booking?
We will always be here when you need us - we will do our best to accomodate any immediate booking requests.
Can I have multiple addresses on my journey?
Absolutely! Whether you are booking by phone, email, app or web you will be able to add additional stops to your booking.
Am I able to book a driver for a few hours, a full day or a week?

How will I recieve my driver's details?
Where a mobile number has been provided, we will send you three notification texts. The first will confirm your booking and provide your booking reference along with some journey details. The second text will notify you that your driver is heading to the pick up point and there will be a live tracking link ifor you. The third text will notify you that your driver has arrived. This text will provide you with the drivers name, a picture of your driver along with the vehicle make, model, colour and registration.
How will I know when my driver is on the way or arrived?

Do you offer corporate accounts?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being a service designed for the business user but accessible to all.
How can I open a personal account?
Yes, absolutely.
Can I book a car on behalf of another person?
Of course you can. Just let us know of their name and any contact details and we'll be sure to look after them.
Do you charge waiting time?
For standard service, you recieve 14 minutes free waiting time.

Do you have a dedicated team for event transport?
We do! To ensure that your event transport enquiries go to our event specialists, please email events@parkercarservice.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Am I able to book my car if I am not sure of the exact destination yet?
In order to provide a quote, we will require all addresses for your journey. If you need to amend the address whilst you are on your way to the destination, please let you driver know and they will get the journey details updated.
Do you charge more for my journeys over Christmas or bank holidays?
Usually, there is an extra charge for travelling on Chirstmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.,
Do you need my mobile number to make a booking?
We do prefer to have a mobile number for you in case we need to contact you about your booking. Having your mobile number attached to your booking will also mean that you recieve driver notifications when they are on their way to you and have arrived at the pick up address.
Do you need my email address to make a booking?
An email address is not necessary to complete your booking. However, if you provide your email address we will be able to send you confirmations and receipts as well as contact you about your booking.
Am I able to cancel a car I have already arranged?
If you need to rearrange or cancel your car, please call us on 020 8560 0000 as soon as you can.
Do you have a chauffeur service?
Yes, absolutely! If you're looking for a wonderful driver with a luxury car, please contact us on 020 8560 0000 or bookings@parkercarservice. You can also book your chauffeur service on our app or webbooking system.
How can I amend my journey?

How can I apply for an account?
What are the benefits of opening an account with Parker Cars?
On what frequency will you invoice my account?
Our standard invoicing frequency is weekly for credit card accounts and monthly for most other accounts. However, we do have flexibility to invoice at a frequency that suits you.
How can I pay my invoices?
Invoices can be paid by card, BACs, cheque or direct debit.
