Who are Parker Car Service?


Parker Car Service is London's largest independant private hire operator. Established in 1989, we have been providing services to London and it's surrounding areas for over 30 years. We have grown from being a one man operation in Hampton to having over 600 professional drivers who are fully backed by a team of 100 support staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our services range from a smart minicab to luxury chauffeur services to wheelchair accessible vehicles to 16 seat minibuses. Where are you located and where can I get a car from?


Our head office is in Isleworth, London. Our main operating area sits within Greater London and Surrey which is where most of our drivers are based. Am I able to book online?

Are you able to provide me with a receipt?


We can always provide you with a reciept at the end of your journey. These can be emailed to you or sent over by text. If we have your email address, a reciept will be sent to you automatically. If you would like to receive a receipt by text or a paper receipt, please do let your booking agent know.




Can I book a car for as soon as possible?


Yes, absolutely! We will always be here when you need us.




Can I book a car in advance?


Of course! Whether you need a car today, tomorrow or in a years time, we will be on hand to ensure your transport is all arranged for when you need it.




Can I book a car for a few hours, a day or a week?


When you need the flexibility and reliability of a driver to be there when you need them, we do offer an hourly and daily rate service. Can I book a car to take me abroad?


Yes! Travelling to Europe is no problem with Parker Cars. Let us know your travel requirements and we will arrange all aspects of your transportation and ensure you have a comfortable, professional and stress-free ride. You can request your preferred driver and our team will do their best to fulfil your requests. Please note that due to the nature of our work, we cannot always guarantee that your specific driver will be available. We handpick our drivers so we know that they are best in class and if your preferred driver is unavailable, we'll be sure to sned you someone who will be just as wonderful!




Can I track my driver?


Yes! When you provide us with your mobile number on your booking, once your driver is en-route to you, you will be sent a text containing a live tracking link. If you book by app or web, you will be able to track your driver on there too!

Yes, we do! Our wheelchair vehicles are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! All drivers are trained to ensure your safety.




Can my dog or other pets travel with me?


Yes, you are very welcome to bring along your furry friends. Just let us know when you book your journey so we are able to send an appropriate vehicle.




How can I get a discount on my bookings?


Monday to Thursday we offer discounts on journeys booked to pick-up between 10:00 and 15:00 and between 19:00 and midnight. All airport journeys have a disount applied to them and you will recieve this benefit on all airport transfers. When booking by app or web using cash or card, you will also recieve a further 5% discount!




Do I need to give my driver a tip?


No, tips are not compulsorary but always appreciated!




How can I cancel a car that has been arranged?


If you need to rearrange or cancel your car, please call us on 020 8560 0000 as soon as you can.




What happens if I leave something in the car?


If you think you may have left something in one of our vehicles, please do contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find your belongings and return them to you.

Airports

How do I book a car to collect me from the airport?


Booking a car to collect you from the airport is easy with Parkers! You can book your airport meet and greet by phone, email, app or web. Providing your flight number will mean that we are able to track your flight and adjust any timings if your flight is arriving early or has been delayed.




What airports do you collect from?


We can collect you from any airport required. Our main airports are Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City and Southend.




Do you have a meet and greet service?


Our standard service provided when collecting you from the airport is meet and greet. At Heathrow airport, we have a specialist team of ground staff who are ready to meet you at the arrivals barrier and introduce you to your driver. They are easily distinguishable in smart bright yellow blazers and will have a Parker Cars name board with your name clearly displayed. At all other airports, your driver will be ready and waiting at the arrivals barrier with their Parker Cars name board with your name clearly displayed.




What happens if my flight arrives late or earlier than scheduled?


When you book your car to collect you from the airport, we will always ask for your flight number. Once we have this detail, we are able to track your flight which ensures that we know if your flight is early or delayed. Where there has been a change of time, we will make certain that your meeting time is updated accordingly and your driver is ready to greet you when you arrive.




How much luggage can I take with me?


You will need to let us know how much luggage you have so that we send the most suitable vehicle to meet you.

Where will my driver meet me?


Your driver will meet you at the arrivals barrier so you can see them as you come through.




When will my driver meet me?


When you place your booking with us, we will ask you how long after landing you would like your driver to meet you. We know that sometimes it takes a little longer to come through passport control or maybe you would like to do a little shopping, have a bite to eat or freshen up. We will fit into your plans as best we can and are happy to delay the drivers arrival to whichever time suits you best. Alternatively, if you would like your driver to be ready and waiting as soon as your plane lands, we are happy to accommodate too.




Are there any extra charges for my airport journeys?


Where the driver may incur expenses when dropping you off or collecting you from the airport, these will be added once your journey has been completed. This may include car park charges, set down costs and waiting time.




What if I am flying by private jet?


That's no problem at all! If you let us know your flight's tail number and the airport you are arriving to, we will ensure that your driver is there when you land.

How much notice do you need for a new booking?


We will always be here when you need us - we will do our best to accomodate any immediate booking requests.




Can I have multiple addresses on my journey?


Absolutely! Whether you are booking by phone, email, app or web you will be able to add additional stops to your booking.




Am I able to book a driver for a few hours, a full day or a week?

The second text will notify you that your driver is heading to the pick up point and there will be a live tracking link ifor you. The third text will notify you that your driver has arrived. This text will provide you with the drivers name, a picture of your driver along with the vehicle make, model, colour and registration. These details can also be view on your app or web portal when your booking has been made on the application.




How will I know when my driver is on the way or arrived?

Can I book a car on behalf of another person?


Of course you can. Just let us know of their name and any contact details and we'll be sure to look after them.




Do you charge waiting time?


For standard service, you recieve 14 minutes free waiting time. For Executive and Chauffuer service, you recieve 5 minutes free waiting time. For all airport collections, you recieve 60 minutes free waiting time. Where the driver waits in excess of the times above, waiting time charges do apply.




How can I get a quote for a potential journey?

Do you have a dedicated team for event transport?


We do! To ensure that your event transport enquiries go to our event specialists, please email events@parkercarservice.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.




Am I able to book my car if I am not sure of the exact destination yet?


In order to provide a quote, we will require all addresses for your journey. If you need to amend the address whilst you are on your way to the destination, please let you driver know and they will get the journey details updated.




Do you charge more for my journeys over Christmas or bank holidays?


Usually, there is an extra charge for travelling on Chirstmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.,




Do you need my mobile number to make a booking?


We do prefer to have a mobile number for you in case we need to contact you about your booking. Having your mobile number attached to your booking will also mean that you recieve driver notifications when they are on their way to you and have arrived at the pick up address. Don't worry if you don't have one, we will still be there!




Do you need my email address to make a booking?


An email address is not necessary to complete your booking. However, if you provide your email address we will be able to send you confirmations and receipts as well as contact you about your booking.




Am I able to cancel a car I have already arranged?

Do you have a chauffeur service?

On what frequency will you invoice my account?


Our standard invoicing frequency is weekly for credit card accounts and monthly for most other accounts. However, we do have flexibility to invoice at a frequency that suits you.
